Our Graduate Development Programme lasts for two years and consists of both on-the-job and formal training. You will complete seven learning modules in total including our highly popular Module 4 which is designed to bring out your interpersonal and leadership skills through group exercises in the great outdoors. The programme culminates with a special event to celebrate your success.
