It is focused on ensuring both your physical and mental health and wellbeing, managing change and hormonal health.

This flexibility, which can include staggered start and finish times, part-time working and compressed hours, is ideal if you wish to combine a career with us with other commitments such as studying, raising a family or providing care for a loved one – or just want to work in a more flexible way.
